At Edward Martin, we stand behind the quality of our home furnishings and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If your piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement furniture within 5-7 business days.
